Why is the shipping so expensive for my item?

We offer some products that are 'made to order', via a third party service.
Those items are fulfilled by our on-demand manufacturing service and thus adds a fixed shipping price, set by them, and longer delay for fulfillment.
Items ordered via this service will ship separately but tracking for each will be provided. Any promotional discounts do not apply to these items.
Please allow 5-10 days for the part(s) to be made before they will ship.
