Assuming you checked that you are logging into your GovX account as described below, all products that are eligible for that discount should have it applied. Not all products are eligible though, which includes any third party products, holsters, comps, mags, etc, the 'made to order' parts, or those that have such a small margin, that we can't offer that discount. Also newly released products are often not part of that discount, as we are recouping the development costs on those products on the first few batches. Only the products that are made by us qualify.
If you see an error when checking out that says something like the following, 'Discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart' that is what that is about.
That is handled by the GovX company that we use a plugin on our site to make it easier for our customers to use.

We don't handle the verification of whether someone qualifies for a military discount. You create an account with GovX, then login to GovX via that prompt that comes up on our site, and they provide a one time use discount code. The code needs to be generated and put in the discount code field before the purchase. We don't handle creation of a GovX account, or any of the documentation for verification in any way. Do not send any GovX related documentation to us. We recommend that you contact the GovX support if you have any questions about your account on their platform.
