No they are not. The clamp mechanisms and height profile of the different 1913, and Sig rail lights, and P365 proprietary and P365 xMacro 1913 rails, are different enough that it affects the ability of the holster to retain the light, as well as how tight the entire combination will be in the holster.

The holsters for the Pro Ledge Tactical Application Rail for P365 XL, are also not compatible with the Pro Ledge for TLR7 SUB/SIG Rail, or Pro Ledge for TLR7 SUB-1913 for the same reasons stated above.
