As of January 1, 2023 we have updated our return policy to match the industry standard, which is that we will not be accepting returns of any opened products, unless product has been determined by us to have a manufacturing defect. Customer must pay for return shipping of non defective unopened products. If a product is determined to have been opened, it will not qualify for a return. To inquire about a defect please use the email used when ordering the part and contact us thru the chat available on every page in the bottom right corner.
For all products not made by us, please contact the manufacturer for product issues, or returns, via contact info on product page. Do not return to Tactical Development.
If your order has an incorrect, or missing item, you must contact us via the website support chat (bottom right corner) within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Include a picture with all items in the package for verification.
No returns are accepted past 30 days of receipt by customer.
