My rail cracked, or broke

This happens in a very small percentage of the rails due to a manufacturing flaw, and can also be caused by certain accessory designs, so in order to help us help you, please provide the following information, when contacting us for support. Can you send us a clear picture showing the damage and answer the applicable questions below:
1- Which light/accessory are you using?
2- Which holster do you use, was it designed to work with the rail, accessory combo?
3- Did you install as outlined in install video?

We use this info for product improvement, and to document if certain accessories are causing the issue with the rails. If you were using the rail normally and it broke, we will gladly replace under warranty.
