We recently started preseating the nuts into the rail, since some people were having issues doing that. If you look at both rail halves, you should be able to see the embedded nuts in one side.
The nut, and bolt included, is an extra in case they are needed in the future. Please proceed to install as instructed in the install video below:

If it is not obvious to see if the nuts are embedded, provide pictures of both sides of the rail, when contacting us via chat or email, so we can verify that the nuts are not already in the rail.
