Yes we have made the XM-12 basepad that will allow the use of the 12 round, or the older style P365XL dimpled mag tube 10 rnd limited magazines in the Xmacro grip modules listed on the product page.
The 10 rnd dimpled mag tube magazine that originally shipped with the P365XL has the same length metal mag tube as the 12 rnd mag. The newer 10 rnd XL mags with the shorter 10 rnd metal mag tubes, and adapter are not compatible.
The XM-12 is available in flush style for close fitment to the magwell end without a flare, and tapered style specifically for use with a magwell flare, such as the EMP-XM that we offer.
